Non-Refundable Items

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at info@youthnncleansing.world with your request and order details
  2. We will assess your eligibility and respond within 5 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method
  4. Bank processing may take an additional 2-5 business days

Cancellation of Ongoing Programs

Monthly Programs: Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice for a pro-rata refund of unused time. Quarterly Programs: Cancel with 14 days' notice; partial refund based on completed services. Annual Partnerships: Contact us to discuss early termination options.

Payment Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If that's no longer available, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative.

No Refund for Results

Refunds are not available based on team results, adoption rates, or perceived lack of benefit. Our programs are educational in nature; results depend on team engagement and implementation.

Disputes

If you dispute a refund decision, contact us within 14 days. We'll review your case and respond with a final decision within 10 business days.
